Real cultural democratie now in France

The United Nations, the EU - European Union have largely overlooked the plight of artists in France while EU subsidies have only fueled the french cultural oligarchy and the French institutions which are the authors of injustice and exclusion of artists in France, says Lili-oto, a french activist artist, founder of the artistic movement of the New Relativity, "the french institution with their millions of euros kills the french artists, it stares you in the face!".
